To change file(s) there, go to the TYPO3 backend, click Filelist at the left, and navigate to the directory using the directory tree. After clicking on the directory name, you can upload additional newsletter files and you can remove the example file called about_wec.pdf.
Please delete, hide, or change this content since it is not meant to be kept on your live website.
